Purchase: Tree Stands purchased from bass pro shops. wanted a stand that was comfortable to use and light
Things I like about the api grand slam star extreme Tree Stands: easy to backpack at only 23 lbs. has foot rest and full back rest pad to go on tree. easy to climb with.
What I don't like about the api grand slam star extreme: the staps that came with stand to tie up for transport are a little tricky to use so i use a ratchet strap instead of the cam buckle and strap the upper and lower pieces together and to strap to tree.
Tree Stands grand slam star extreme quality: aluminum construction good quality built.very sturdy when set up.
grand slam star extreme summary: very comfortable and easy to use. stand up set down climbing with foot rest/gunrest.
