Purchase: Fishing Tackle Here's a Christmas gift suggestion for fisherman or anyone you might want to buy a fishing gift for.. My Grandfather lives to trout fish in fact he trout fishes throughout the summer months when most of us are out bassin. As a child my Grandfather always made the effort to include one normal gift for every fishing gift he gave me just so the family didn't think he was pushing me toward fishing to hard,lol so as an adult I always make sure for every normal gift I give him I hand off a fishing gift as well. Knowing he's always crying about losing his favorite Rooster tail lures I decided to make his fishing gift a huge selection of rooster tail lures. I bought them at Cabela's. They have a selection of ten to fifteen different lures at about two to three dollars a piece. I bought the entire selection for my Grandfather's fishing gift in sizes one-eighth ounce and one-quarter ounce.
Things I like about the Fishing Gift Fishing Tackle: The fishing gift was a big hit with my Grandfather. I even bought a small fishing tackle tray to display his rooster tail fishing gift in to make it more presentable. I myself have used Rooster Tail fishing lures for years and they've landed both me and Gramps some real nice trout through the years.
What I don't like about the Fishing Gift : I wish Cabela's or Bass Pro would make our decisions like this easier by making an assortment pack so you could buy the entire line of a lure gift wrapped to present at Christmas without me having to buy a tackle tray like I did for my Granfather's fishing gift.
Fishing Tackle quality: Rooster tails are a very well made lure and unless you're real lucky you will probably leave it in the lake long before it every wears out.
