Purchase: Archery Equipment I Bought This release for 50.00$ at the Archery Center Of Montana in missoula.
Things I like about the Scott Archery Shark Release Archery Equipment: This thing is super smooth, it has i think 4 ball berings in the swivel. And its realy comfortable. You can grow into this release as a kid into an adult because of the adjustment skrew. And i like the buckle strap vs. a velcro one. The shark jaws are teflon coated for a very smooth release. And all Scott releases come with a five year warranty.
What I don't like about the Scott Archery Shark Release: It takes a few days to "break in" the leather strap, it stretchs a little after a few shots. You also have to lubricate the swivel because it can squeek in cold weather, (not good when drawing you bow back looking into the eyes of a pope&young buck).
Archery Equipment Shark Release quality: After you break this release in, it becomes rock-solid. You could run this over with a steam-roller and it would work like new.
Shark Release summary: All though its kinda spendy, its worth every nickel. All Scott products are very high quality, no wonder they are the top in the industry in releases. 5 stars for scott!
