Purchase: Before last hunting season i went down to my local archery shop and picked up these broadheads because they were cheap, around $27 for 6. I bought them because i they looked like decent broadheads and i didn't want to empty my wallet.
Things I like about the Savora Contender 100 3 blade fixed : I really like the broadheds during practice and while i was hunting. I shot a mule deer with these broadheads and it ran about 100 yards before piling up. The arrow was sticking out of the dirt on the other side of where the deer was standing.
What I don't like about the Savora Contender 100 3 blade fixed : the only down side to this broadhead is that the tip is not replaceable, so after i shot the deer i couldn't use it for hunting anymore.
Contender 100 3 blade fixed quality: The blades on the contender come scapel sharp, and they retained an extreamly sharp cutting edge while in a quiver. You can also get packs of replacement blades for about $6.
Contender 100 3 blade fixed summary: these are great broadheads for the money. if you're looking for a replacement tip on a broadhead, these aren't for you. I'm going on an elk hunt in montana this year and i'm going to use savora's
