Purchase: i purchased this bait at bowie outfitters in baton rouge louisiana for $15.99. I really wanted to see if a crankbait could be worth $16.
Things I like about the Lucky Craft FlatCBsr Crankbait: First of all, this is a great looking crankbait. The attention to detail is outstanding. This bait performed flawlessly when fished over underwater grass beds or shallow cover. It has the profile of a lipless crankbait but it has a small square lip which allows it to dive to about a foot, which is perfect for fishing over grass here in south louisiana.
What I don't like about the Lucky Craft FlatCBsr Crankbait: There is not much about this bait that i don't like. The price is rather high but you are paying for quality.
FlatCBsr Crankbait quality: I bought the model in charteuse/black back. The paint job is increddible. Subtle but eye catching. The attention to detail is remarkable. And the hooks were very sharp.
FlatCBsr Crankbait summary: This is a great bait that is extremley usefull in a few particular situations(over grass and shallow cover) but also works well for open water shallow cranking. Overall, i love the bait and will definitley buy more, even at $16.
