Goldtip Centurion Broadheads
Broadheads Manufacturer: Goldtip
Goldtip Model: Centurion
Review Category: Broadheads
Purchase: Broadheads I Brought a pack of 6 on Ebay for US$33.00 includeing shipping because the advertiseing sounded good.Im in Australia so that translates to $42.00AU.
Things I like about the Goldtip Centurion Broadheads: Despite what i've read in other reviews i found that when i assembled them the blades were held firmly in place(not loose)and were sharp straight out of the pack.
What I don't like about the Goldtip Centurion: I think that some people would have trouble assembling them properly leading to the false assumption that the blades were loose/faulty.
Broadheads Centurion quality: The broadheads are well made and sharp out of the pack. Some would say they are to lightly built but i have shot twice with them(i received them 2 days ago)resulting in 2 dead kangaroos. Both were clean pass through shots from about 25 yards and both traveled less than 2 yards(Heart shots). Both broadheads had damaged blades and 1 had a damaged tip as well.
Centurion summary: I lose quite a few arrows from complete misses so 2 broadheads wrecked for 2 kills is okay by me.Ive never killed an animal without some damage to the arrow/broadhead.
