Things I like about the Montana Deer Decoy Doe model: The decoy is the most realistic decoy I have used. It is light weight and allows me to carry it in a compact fashion for long distances w/o fatique. But, most of all, it works and I have a very high level of confidence in it.
What I don't like about the Montana Deer Decoy Doe model: If anything could be improved it would be the sleeves in the legs where the shock-poles go to use as leg-spikes/support. They could be indicated better. I marked the end of the sleeves with a magic-marker to help me find them in low light conditions.
Doe model quality: Very good. The "picture" of the decoy is so life-like. I have had double-takes at my own and I knew I had a decoy in use. It is that real looking.
Doe model summary: I love using a decoy. When a buck is so entralled with a decoy that he does not pay attention to a blackpowder mis-fire and allows the hunter to re-cap and kill him...the decoy did it's job. This actually happened. Enough said.
