Things I like about the remington 243 ammo 100 gr Ultra core lock Shooting Accessories: I have shot several deer with these shells and bullets have opened up nicely and exited. Shot a Large w-tail buck last year breaking both shoulders and sticking on the hide on the far side. (bullet had retained approx. 85 % of its weight) Very impressed with
What I don't like about the remington 243 ammo 100 gr Ultra core lock : Nothing other than the fact that the shells are a bit expensive. Still I do not mind paying for quality!!
Shooting Accessories 100 gr Ultra core lock quality: Well constructed with a thickened bullet jacket which keeps things together when hitting hide and bone.
100 gr Ultra core lock summary: Great choice if hunting deer sized game and bigger. May also be good for coyotes as hole on far side shouldn't be too big.
