Tree-Lounge Bow-hunter Tree Stands
Tree Stands Manufacturer: Tree-Lounge
Tree-Lounge Model: Bow-hunter
Review Category: Tree Stands
Purchase: Tree Stands This is my second Tree-Lounge, which I have about $350 invested.
Things I like about the Tree-Lounge Bow-hunter Tree Stands: The Tree Lounge is the most comfortable stand you will ever hunt out of. It is so comfortable I generally hunt from sun up to sun down, pending a kill. However, you will have a tendancy to fall asleep. Don't worry about falling unless you jump out.
What I don't like about the Tree-Lounge Bow-hunter: This stand is noisy! Even while packing it into the woods, it rattles. I've tried in vain to eliminate the rattles. It's also a little time consuming to set up, but worth it. Once set up though, its a dream!
Tree Stands Bow-hunter quality: I've owned the old version, which was difficult to climb with due to the location of the feet in the foot climber being too close to the tree. The new version does not have this problem, which is why I switched, along with its lighter weight. This stand is very sturdy. These stands have been my favorite for long hunts for twelve years. Extra precaution will have to be taken for noise.
Bow-hunter summary: The tree lounge is by far the most comfortable stand available. However, because of the noise factor, I recommend this stand for long hunts only. If you have used the old version, you will definitely like the new version. Note: the add-on Leveller which has been recalled can be replaced by the wooden wedge with the bungee cord through it, which was origanally provided with the old version tree lounge. Very safe stand! Hunt high, fifty to sixty feet and go to sleep if you want to. The only way to fall is to jump. The optional chill pad is an option worth purchasing.
