Purchase: I paid for it with cash at Wal-Mart for the use of photographing deer and other wildlife. I paid $127.00 for it.
Things I like about the Moultrie Game Camera Game Watcher : It is easy to set up, and has nighttime capability.
What I don't like about the Moultrie Game Camera Game Watcher : It can't be used when the temperture falls below freezing. Buck deer are usually in rut during the cold weather season. I won't be able to photograph buck's using their scrapes. It uses up batteries too fast! It can cost ten to thirty dollar's a week to operate. This depends on the amount of wildlife activity and weather(I bring it inside if there is a possibility of freezing weather.
Game Watcher quality: I like the Mossy Oak Break-Up design and the fact it is waterproof. So far the quality is satisfactory. I have had no problem's with my first device which I have had for about six week's (I own two).
Game Watcher summary: The product is well built except for the cold weather aspect of it. It should be useful year round. It is required batteries be replaced with every new roll of film. That's a cost of around $10.00 every time. A rechargable battery system may be in order. The steel cable and padlock is only an inconvience for a thief. A thief would sacrifice the plastic rings in order to steal the devise. Overall, your product is affortable, fun and easy to use.I can hardly wait to see what "We" have captured on film!
