Purchase: Calls Lures Scents I am a avid duck hunter hunting the central flyway in the great state of Oklahoma. I have hunted ducks for about 6 years now. I recently purchased the Fusion Phat lady duck call by PRIMOS. I paid I believe around $25.00 for the call. This call is a unbelievable life like sounding call. It is a deep raspy sounding call but can also reach the high notes for the hail call. The call has been through Two hunting season thus far and used every day of the season and through out the off season as well. The call has never froze up on me like other calls that I have purchased. It is easy to blow and sounds great! thats why it is a great purchase for either the Begginer or the advanced duck hunter in your family.
Things I like about the Primos Fusion Phat lady Calls Lures Scents: I like that it is loud when you want it and can be blown at soft volumes when needed. This call is the ALL AROUND CALL. Its simple and sounds great, not to mention the color is pretty cool looking.
What I don't like about the Primos Fusion Phat lady : the only thing that i could think of that i don't particulary care for about the PRIMOS FUSION CALL is that it has a shiney silver ring that holds the two pieces of the call together, I don't like this for one reason and that is that on bright sunny days the sun will glare off that ring and can cause birds to flare, to me I would change the ring color and make it a dull color of some sort so that the when hit by the sunlight it does not glare off.
Calls Lures Scents Fusion Phat lady quality: the construction and quality of the unit is one of the best I have ever owned. its durable and can hold up in even the nastiest hunting conditions, and if you are an avid duck hunter you know what these conditions can be. I have dropped my call in freezing waters and it still did not freeze up or miss a beat while I was playing the tune for committed mallards.
Fusion Phat lady summary: This call is one of the best calls I have ever purchased and used. I have used many different brands of duck calls and PRIMOS is one of the best! Its easy, sounds great, and for the price you can't beat it with a stick. bottom line is if anyone came to me and asked me what call they should purchase be it a avid duck hunter or a begginer just getting their feet wet... I would tell them the Primos Fusion PHAT LADY.
