Purchase: Trail Cameras (g-l) I purchased the Hawk-Eye jr scouting camera after doing some research on almost all the cameras out. I picked this one because of the good reviews it had. I bought one and liked it so well I bought another. The best price I found on this camera and where I purchased mine is Wholesale Hunter.com($155.00)Other places are $200.00 and up.
Things I like about the Game Country Hawk-Eye JR Game scouting camera Trail Cameras (g-l): The unit is very simple to operate and has four delays you can set between pictures and they are 3,6,9,and 12 minutes.Also the unit prints both time and date on pictures,some cameras only do one and not both.The unit uses 4c batteries for the unit and 2aa for camera.Batteries usually have to be replaced after about 75 to 100 picutres.You can also select the unit to operate day only/night only/ or 24 hr.
What I don't like about the Game Country Hawk-Eye JR Game scouting camera: The only thing I would change is make the outside of the unit camouflage.The unit is black,but that can be fixed with some paint or camo tape.
Trail Cameras (g-l) Hawk-Eye JR Game scouting camera quality: The Quality to me is first rate. The enclosure is waterproof and the inside is very well laid out and very easy to change film and bateries.Plus when you activate the unit,it gives you a 5 minute delay to get out of the area before it starts operating.That way you dont waste film on yourself.
Hawk-Eye JR Game scouting camera summary: I have had only one problem of the two with one of my cameras, when the flash quit working in the camera. I sent it back to the maufacturer and even though the warranty had expired on the camera inside,they fixed it free of charge and had it back to me in 2 days.That says a lot about the company(Game Country).I have had no other problems with these cameras. I HIGHLY recommend this camera.
