What I don't like about the Shakespeare Ugly Stick 7' 2 pc.: Nothing
Fishing Rods 7' 2 pc. quality: High quality, I challenge you to break it fishing. Graphite/fiberglass combo.
7' 2 pc. summary: I have had this rod for 5 years in hard lower Chesapeake Bay enviroment. I have caught many 25"-35" rock fish and many huge skates while surf fishing. Although almost doubled over on itself, it has always landed everything and is still in excellent shape. Decent action and you can't beat the price. Don't believe those ugly stick haters.
