Purchase: I purchased this camera because it was the cheapest on the market. For many years I wanted to try one out and I didn't want to purchase the most expensive to begin with. I hunt alot of different game including deer, turkey, moose, bear and this will help me pick and choose the big ones in my area. Purchased through Cabela's and I paid $59.99 US minus $10 mail in rebate.
Things I like about the Stealth Cam MC2-GV: To begin with, THE PRICE. The unit is also very user friendly, compact and takes great pictures. It's also well scealed which is great for wet weather.
What I don't like about the Stealth Cam MC2-GV: Loading the film can sometimes be frustrating. Some pictures also have no animals on them or cannot be developped. but I guess that happens with every camera. The strap is also a burden, I wish it would be a lock strap. It seems to get a little loose if not tied correctly.
MC2-GV quality: As mentionned, well scealed and seems durable. I have yet to drop it or knock it so I would only know from looking at it.
MC2-GV summary: All and all I am very happy with this unit. From the horror stories I heard about more expensive units I think I'll stick with this cheaper yet reliable one.
