Purchase: Rain Gear Bought at Sports Authority in Anchorage in July 2006 for a Dall Sheep hunt in August 2006.
Things I like about the browning 302-672 Rain Gear: The light weight and packability was great.
What I don't like about the browning 302-672: The fabric tears very easily and did not last for more than an afternoon of hiking thru light brush without tearing.
Rain Gear 302-672 quality: The construction was good and the material worked well other than the fact that it does not hold up to even light or moderate hunting activity.
302-672 summary: I bought both the jacket and pants specifically for this hunt which was for two weeks in the Brooks Range, a very unforgiving environment. The set cost around $170. I would have expected them to last quite awhile for that kind of money and usually have had good luck with Browning gear. They lasted like something you would buy for 5 bucks and expect to throw away at the end of the day. Very disappointing.
