Moultrie Gamespy 200 Trail Cameras (m-s)
Trail Cameras (m-s) Manufacturer: Moultrie
Moultrie Model: Gamespy 200
Review Category: Trail Cameras (m-s)
Purchase: Trail Cameras (m-s) I purchased the cam online from Bass Pro.I have been wanting a digital trail camera for awhile now and Bass Pro had them on sale for $139.00 and thought for the price i couldnt pass it up.
Things I like about the Moultrie Gamespy 200 Trail Cameras (m-s): Price is right. The 3.1 mp pictures are very crisp and clear. Extremely easy to set up. Three diferent picture resolutions. It has a 10 second video option for daytime and will automaticaly switch to pictures after dark when a flash is needed. Will take 6 volt rechargable batteries.Every pic has the temperature, moon phase, Date and time.Has a one year warranty. Also the front display tells how many pics have been taken and how much battery life is left. Can use up to a 1gig memory card. Very nice camo housing. My unit detects out to 44' in 59deg temperature.
What I don't like about the Moultrie Gamespy 200: The mounting straps are not good at all.
Trail Cameras (m-s) Gamespy 200 quality: Very well constructed.Seems to be great quality except for the mounting straps.Seems like a very solid unit.
Gamespy 200 summary: I think for the money you wont find a better quality 3.1mp digital trail camera. A lot of people cant aford $400.00 or more for a digital trail camera so for the money you cant beat the Moultrie Gamespy 200.If they would come up with a better mounting system I wouldnt have any complaints.I know they had problems with the earlier models but the bugs seem to be out now.
