Purchase: Black Powder I purchased the gun at Terry's Gun Shop & the 3x9x40 Bushnell Sportsman scope at Wal-Mart. The muzzelloader was 400.00 & the scope was 60.00
Things I like about the cva optima elite 50 cal. Black Powder: feels well balanced,interchangable barrels
What I don't like about the cva optima elite 50 cal.: the butt seems just a bit long for myself

optima elite 50 cal. summary: Bottom line was at shooting range.Started out at 100 yds. by 3 shot dead center 4 & 5 shot resulted in a 3 shot group of 1/4" I had know idea you could get this tight of group out of a muzzelloader WOW !!!!!!!
