Things I like about the CVA Powerbelt Bullets 245gr hollow point Black Powder: Bullets load easily and are very accurate.
What I don't like about the CVA Powerbelt Bullets 245gr hollow point: Bullets blow apart on impact. Shot a doe through the heart last season not hitting any bone, the bullet was nothing but fragments and did not even exit, and left no blood trail. I'm using 90 grains of pyrodex. Shot a very nice buck square in the shoulder at 35 yards last Sunday, deer went down hard and got up quick. It was obvious the load didn't even break the near shoulder and left virtually no blood trail, lost the deer. I've read many similar reviews. If you're using this bullet, SWITCH!

245gr hollow point summary: Great marketing scam by CVA, horrible product! I'm sure they have come out with the Platnum series to try and address the problems that they have not admitted to.
