Review Category: Fishing Rods
Purchase: Fishing Rods I was looking for a new fly rod , something smaller for the streams and creeks. I found a site and looked around a bit, and saw they had rods just for trout and the smaller one i was looking for so i ordered one 6'6" 3wt. i paid $400.00 its a little more than i wanted to spend but this is a beautiful fly rod, compared to other rods in that price range. I feel i got a better rod for less money.
Things I like about the Native Trout & Company 3 wt. 6'6" fly rod Fishing Rods: It just feels good casting,i had to laugh when my freinds saw it, They could'nt believe how sweet this rod is. Its the perfect size for the smaller streams. I've landed a few really nice trout and few small brookies, i was concerned that i would'nt be able to cast as far as i mite have too, but its done great even on those windy days.
What I don't like about the Native Trout & Company 3 wt. 6'6" fly rod: It took about 2-3 weeks till i got it.I really was hopeing to receive it a little earlier.
Fishing Rods 3 wt. 6'6" fly rod quality: well its really a fine fly rod, i havent had any problems with it at all,,it just feels like a top of the line fly rod, I like the nickel silver reel seat, and i'm one of those guys that still likes to see and feel real wood ,so the birdseye maple wood is a hit with me!
3 wt. 6'6" fly rod summary: I really enjoy my ntc fly rod! I feel it helps to have a rod you really like , it has the looks of the pricer rods, but is still not out reach. My free time out on the streams is important to me , its nice haveing a great rod to get the most out of the stream
