Purchase: Fishing Reels I bought this reel from a local sporting goods store because I needed a good distance casting reel. I paid $69.99.
Things I like about the Abu Garcia 6600 C5 Mag X Fishing Reels: I like this reel because it is light. It casts incredibly smooth. Another wonderful feature is the magnetic braking system. This easily eliminates most backlashes. Also the drag system is top grade and it has 5 bearings. A 5.3 to 1 gear ratio makes for a fast retrieve.
What I don't like about the Abu Garcia 6600 C5 Mag X: I cant find anything wrong with this reel.

6600 C5 Mag X summary: This is definately a great reel to have. It casts smooth and the distance is unbelievable. Overall a very good product from a very great company.
