Purchase: Fishing Reels I am a fishing guide in South Padre Island, Texas and have always searched for the perfect reel to withstand the abuse of a charter service. I came across these Tica reels and ended up getting ten of them from a representative in Tennessee.
Things I like about the Tica Reels Libra SA 3000 Fishing Reels: These are the best reels I have ever used. It is amazing how durable they are. Some of them have been dunked under water (saltwater) and have kept on working fine without a proper cleaning.
What I don't like about the Tica Reels Libra SA 3000: A few of my Tica reels are in need of some small repair and/or cleaning. I would love to get them back into tip top shape as well as buy some new Tica reels. However, I have found it to be impossible to locate a dealer or the Tica company.
