Purchase: Archery Equipment I bought this unit new off of a Dealer in a Archery Forum. Had heard many good things on all TR products so i thought i would give it a go. I paid around $80 for it. They retail from 100-120 everywhere else.
Things I like about the Trophy Ridge Drop Zone DZ-MGR Archery Equipment: The product works as advertised. The Micro adjust took just a few shots to get tuned. Never had any problems with fletching contact on the drop away arm. There is also a rest that goes on the riser window to keep the arrow quiet and in place before the shot. Seems to be working flawlessly so far
What I don't like about the Trophy Ridge Drop Zone DZ-MGR: There was a little noise when the rest dropped down. with a little silicon and moleskin this was eliminated. I think it should have been silent for the price.
Archery Equipment DZ-MGR quality: The construction is top notch. no play whatsoever in the rest when cinched down. Can't think of any complaints on this area
DZ-MGR summary: The last thing that makes this a excellent purchase is the Customer Service. I changed bows that was using it on and the string was too short since i cut it to fit the other bow. I emailed them and within the hour i had a phone call back and a new string on the way. I consider this a major selling point to any product not just this rest.
