Things I like about the trail sense engineering trail mac digital Trail Cameras (t-z): Picture quality and operation OK
What I don't like about the trail sense engineering trail mac digital: Totally not user friendly. Switch settings at bottom of case, difficult to see let alone reset unless you have some type of stick which then often moves 2 switches. Difficult to connect and remove camera with the phone jack type cord, which the retainer clip broke soon after using. When I called and emailed for assistance and mention the problem the response was that they have never heard these complainst before. Looking at other reviews this is just not true. Their overall service and support is poor.
Trail Cameras (t-z) trail mac digital quality: Basic case and camera seem adequate but the camera has also stopped working now and not sure what it will cost to repair.
trail mac digital summary: I would not recommend Trail Sense cameras to anyone based on the poor customer service and attitude of the people I spoke with when I finally was able to speak to someone. Don't seem to care about customers who have problems with their products. Although the general operation seems to be OK I would look at another make in the future and read your reviews before making a purchase.
