Purchase: Tree Stands I bought it from a friend who was moving West and felt his whitetail deer hunting days were behind him. The stand was less than a year old and had NEVER been left in the elements when not being utilized (thus, no rust, etc.). I did so in order to not only help him with his move, but another friend of mine (who happened to be a little short of cash at the time) was in need one of prior to the 2007 deer hunting season here in the great state of Alabama. The friend I purchased it from was no starnger to using these devices, however, with this model, the hunt and his leg injury could not have made for a more miserable day! Approximately half-way up a typical climbable long-leaf pine, one of the pins holding it around the tree itself snapped in half, and left my friend in a most precarious situation. Luckily, he was near some brush close by to the tree and was able to "leap" to "safety" (if you can call it that), and then tore the inside of his right thigh with "dagger-like" thorns from an adjacent brush pile on the way to the ground. After such a day, and his undelightful experience with this climbing model, I would not recommend this product to ANYONE! Thank you for your time and attnetion. My best . . . ~ David Montgomery, AL

Tree Stands Bullet Climbimg Stand quality: SAA
Bullet Climbimg Stand summary: Again, I do not feel as though this model, or maybe just THIS ONE particular model, is a safe climbing stand . . . even when being used as instructed by the manufaturers themselves! I would suggest an earlier model Summit as I have had a great experience in my past in dealing with their products! Thank you!
