Purchase: Tree Stands Received as a gift. It was purchased from Dick's Sporting goods.
Things I like about the Comfort Zone 15' Ladder Stand Tree Stands HEH00003 Tree Stands: I was able to put it up by myself.
What I don't like about the Comfort Zone 15' Ladder Stand Tree Stands HEH00003: One platform support strap was not packed in the box. MULTIPLE phone calls and emails to the Hunter's View company did not result in a single reply.
Tree Stands 15' Ladder Stand Tree Stands HEH00003 quality: had to jury rig the thing because of the missing part. I don't feel safe using it.
15' Ladder Stand Tree Stands HEH00003 summary: Dissapointment! Customer support from Hunter's View is zero! I think this would have been a satisfactory tree stand if I didn't have to grub up an old rusty piece of chain to make the thing work. I just hope the platform doesn't collapse right when Mr. Big Buck shows up.
