Purchase: Fishing Rods I bought this rod this year in Modell's store in Brooklyn being impressed by the price $69.99 and local fishermen popularity.
Things I like about the Okuma solaris surf SS-S-902M-1 SS-S-902M-1 Fishing Rods: Well balanced, easy to use on ocean, enough handle for holding into a sand holder.
What I don't like about the Okuma solaris surf SS-S-902M-1 SS-S-902M-1 : After several fishing trips a second part was broken by simple bite of 8 lbs carp last week fishing on Hunson. It is unbelievable. Nobody's touched the rod, just fish bite and crack. So sad about such poor quality. Obviously lost $70 bucks + tax.
Fishing Rods SS-S-902M-1 quality: It looked very powerfull and good but now in fact I'm in huge doubt about it.
SS-S-902M-1 summary: I have no idea what to say about that model.I'm not satisfied looking for any others comments or suggestion how to apply for manufacturer investigation. The rod looks good and what happened might be is not typical for that model. Would appreciate for any comments. I have expected to use it for several years at least.
