What I don't like about the Shakespeare Ugly Stick and Shakespeare Synergy Reel Ugly Stick SCL 1100 4'8" Reel USCMC 4.1.1 70 yds.4LB : I used for the first time today and the reel did not work because the drag did not work and my grandson lost a big fish. Very disappointed with this product.

To malfunction the first time you use ot is very annoying and puts you off to ever purchasing a Shakespeare product again. Between my son and I we spend a considerably lot on money on fishing equipment and supplies. I very seriously doubt that I will purchase your products again any time soom
