Purchase: Black Powder I purchased a Pedersoli Kodiak black powder double rifle in .72 caliber from Gun Broker. My winning bid was $730.00. I always wanted to try one and this one was like new at a good price.
Things I like about the Pedersoliu Kodiak Black Powder: You take a chance when buying a double rifle that the barrels won't regulate into the same area. This onE is outstanding, shoots both barrels within a inch of each other @ 50 yards. The look of those .72 bores is something to behold!
What I don't like about the Pedersoliu Kodiak: Kicks like two country mules!
Black Powder Kodiak quality: Very high quality workmanship, balances very well.
Kodiak summary: Outstanding value for a double rifle, accurate and would recommend it to anyone. It is a pleasure to look at, I can't seem to put it down when around it--has that safari look! The .72 caliber round balls weigh in at 540 grains, makes big holes, you don't have to look hard to see when you just shot.
