Purchase: Rifle Scopes I received this scope already on a rifle a 280 Ruger.
Things I like about the simmons Aetec 2.8 x 10x 44 riflescope #802102 Rifle Scopes: The scope is a nice looking it has the matte finish. The lower power is very clear. Large site window.
What I don't like about the simmons Aetec 2.8 x 10x 44 riflescope #802102: The view gets fuzzy for the distance. The focus adjustment is very stiff.
Rifle Scopes #802102 quality: Its a nice looking unit. Pretty sturdy.
#802102 summary: Over all its a nice scope but doesnt hold up. I wouldnt purchase another one that I knew I would be using regularly. I like to shoot not just for hunting but when us guys get together we like to practice shooting differeetn targets at different distances. I cannot use this scope to spot an object far away. For the money I would have bought a different brand
