Purchase: Hunting Boots I bought these boots a my local sporting goods shop, I paid $150.00 for them.
Things I like about the Rocky boots Super brute series #8421 Hunting Boots: They were comfortable and they were "made in America" as it said in the tag.
What I don't like about the Rocky boots Super brute series #8421: The souls fell apart in two months. Customer service sucks even though they are warranteed for one year, they wouldnt replace the boots. Wouldnt even talk to me.
Hunting Boots Super brute series #8421 quality: The souls fell apart in two months. I only wore them hunting a few times and I started to notice chuncks of rubber missing from the side of the heel, I thought that I may have stepped on something sharp, but when I checked the bottom, I found the souls had cracked right through, and all the tread was comming off.
Super brute series #8421 summary: I called customer service at Rocky 1-877-795-2410 I was treated like an idiot, I was talked down too, I was told the dealer I bought them from wasn't a real dealer and most likely got the boots on Ebay, Then they found the record of my dealer, and said they were in fact a dealer but the boots I had purchased hadnt been made in 12 years and that they werent going to do anything for me. I told the rep I was going to call the BBB, and she said, "OK" I am out at this point $150.00 I will NEVER buy Rocky boots again.
