Purchase: Crossbows I got this one at the local trading post, I traded a ruger 10/22 for it.
Things I like about the horton crossbow explorer xl 150 Crossbows: Pretty accurate so far, I have only shot it couple of times, then i took it to work and now my supervisor is trying to talk me out of it.
What I don't like about the horton crossbow explorer xl 150: A little noisy but I do not have any dampers or silencers yet either. I am going to go to the bow shop tomorrow to see what I can get.
Crossbows explorer xl 150 quality: pretty dense seems sturdy i have not had it long enough to really tell yet but I am also one of those folks that "if it will break it will happen when I am using it" so if you dont see any thing on here it is built tuff.
explorer xl 150 summary: So far I would recommend this crossbow for anyone who is not looking to spend a great deal of money on one. Really good product for a really good deal. Basically if you are a beginner at shooting crossbows this would be the one to start with, unless you want to spend hundreds more on one that is just as good.
