Things I like about the Rivers west H2P APF Outlaw Pant Rain Gear: Stretchable, comfortable and lightweight.
What I don't like about the Rivers west H2P APF Outlaw Pant: they are not WATERPROOF! They claim waterproof for 10 years, but they are not waterproof for three hours!
Rain Gear H2P APF Outlaw Pant quality: overall construction and quality is superb.
H2P APF Outlaw Pant summary: Ad says waterproof; they are not, so they are not worth a dime. The fabric does not breathe, so you have a damp feeling from sweat if you move around even a little bit. they dry quickly and are very comfortable, but they are not waterproof, so they can not be considered rain gear.
