Things I like about the Gambler Big EZ Fishing Lures: The Big EZ swimbait is a terrific swimbait. The swimming action is super the whole body paddles through the water creating a lot of vibration. The weight of the lure allows great casting distance and allows you to fish it at any depth without effecting the swimming action. The size of the lure will draw out bigger fish. You have to fish it with atleast 5/O hook. The hook that I found works best for me is the Stanley Swim Max hook 1/8 oz. When you do get a hit you need to let the fish have it before setting the hook. You also seem to get a lot of hits on the fall. Great color selection also I have had good luck with the Copperfield color.
What I don't like about the Gambler Big EZ: I absloutely have nothing bad to say about this lure. Ok here's one thing I wish they made a smaller version.
Fishing Lures Big EZ quality: Extremely durable probably one of the best made swimbaits I have used. The other nice thing is that they are easily repaired with Mend-it glue A bag will last you a long time.
Big EZ summary: If you are a swimbait fisherman this would be a great swimbait to add to your arsenal. I had a great year with Gambler products and the Big EZ was a great addition to my tackle box and it was gentle on my wallet. Hopefully they will consider a 4" model to roundup their product line. But you will not be disappointed with this bait. Happy fishing!
