Purchase: Hunting Boots Bought from superlight boots although I recieved them from another sister company / team J sales amd Marketing. Original cost was $99.00 plus $25.00 shipping I live in Alaska so I didn't qualify for thier free shipping. Total cost after returns and getting a pair that finally fit $175.00. Rip Off!!!
Things I like about the Superlight boots Xenon Hi - Green M9/W10 Hunting Boots: Light in weight, Rubber lug sole
What I don't like about the Superlight boots Xenon Hi - Green M9/W10 : Sizes run small, boot seems to have to be broken in. My seem narrow and bind a lot side to side.
Hunting Boots Xenon Hi - Green M9/W10 quality: Construction seems OK haven't been able to really give thema true test yet. Bear hunting soon, will be trying them out then.
Xenon Hi - Green M9/W10 summary: Boots seem fine, but it's not omly about the product but the support behind it!!! If you live in Alaska or Hawaii, this company treats the customer as if we live on another planet with their return policies. Sizes run small, this is not noted on the web site. Hence having to return them. After the return, I had to pay to return and then they charged me again to send out a proper fitting boot. # shipping charges for one boot. I know of no other company that would think of treating a customer like that. Stick with Cabelas or other businesses that care about their customers! Could not call their customer service, the number they supply will not connect if you call from Alaska. Based on my dealing with this company so far I would not purchase or recommend dealing with them again.
