Purchase: Hunting Gear Misc My wife picked this one up at a Flea Market for $10.00. I don't think the guy new what he had or he would have sold it for twice that much. He wasn't a dealer, maybe just someone who decided they had to many knives.
Things I like about the Winchester Sheath Knives Hunting Gear Misc: I like a good sheath knife. Some of my earliest memories were waiting for Dad to get home from deer hunting in Pennsylvania and when he came in he'd have old small game pants on and a sheath knife that I've lost track of through the years. The Winchester is well built and has a surgical steel blade that seems to keep an edge well.
What I don't like about the Winchester Sheath Knives: Beggars can't be choosers but Dad's knife had a real nice leather sheath on it and I would like one as well. I'll probably spend another 20 on getting a sheath for it. Sure the nylon is more durable, but when you have something like this it's nice to dress it up a little.
Hunting Gear Misc Sheath Knives quality: Very well built as you would expect with the Winchester name on it. The 3 and a half inch blade is perfect for cleaning deer and maybe the occasional turkey.
Sheath Knives summary: I'm not sure who sells them, but if you get the chance pick one up. There's just something nice about having the knife right there at your side. You'll really appreciate this knife.
