Martin 2004 Phantom II Archery Bows
Archery Bows Manufacturer: Martin
Martin Model: 2004 Phantom II
Review Category: Archery Bows
Purchase: Archery Bows I purchased this bow from Bob's Archery in Cass County, Texas for a price of $349.00. I purchased this bow as a replacement as my current bow is over 10 years old.
Things I like about the Martin 2004 Phantom II Archery Bows: The bow is very smooth and a pleasure to shoot. It's not as smooth as some others I have shot, but most of them start at around $550.00 and go up. The bow is short, light, easy to handle, and seems to be well made. Further, Martin bows carry a lifetime warranty. I looked at and shot a lot of bows over the past few months and think I got the best one for my needs and definetly the best for the money.
What I don't like about the Martin 2004 Phantom II: The only thing I would change is the brace height. At only 6.75" I feel it may not be as forgiving as what I'm used to.
Archery Bows 2004 Phantom II quality: So far the bow has performed flawlessly and appears to be very durable.
2004 Phantom II summary: I think this is a great "all around" bow for the serious hunter and/or recreational tournament shooter. The bows I looked at ranged from $199.00 to almost $700.00 in price. I could have gotten any of them, but chose the Phantom.
