Purchase: Fishing Reels I purchased this reel at Bass Pro Shops in Nashville, TN because I needed another reel for my crank baits. I paid $199.99 and it is worth every penny.
Things I like about the Daiwa Team Daiwa X 100 HSD Fishing Reels: I love this reel. It is the smoothest reel that I have ever owned. I have thrown a variety of baits with this reel and it will throw any lure from the smallest crank bait to the heaviest jig that you can find. One thing that is nice about this reel and all Daiwa reels that it has the break settings on the outside of the reel so you can adjust if from 1-10 without having to take apart the reel and risk having parts lost. Also with seven ball bearings it is worth every penny.
What I don't like about the Daiwa Team Daiwa X 100 HSD: I have no dislikes with this reel at all.
Fishing Reels Team Daiwa X 100 HSD quality: The quality of this reel is amazing. It is the lightest reel I have ever felt. You don't even know that you are holding it. I have had three of these reels for over two years and they have held up great with no flaws at all. It is made out of the best materials that make it one of the lightest reels on the market which helps when you are fishing those 8 hour tournaments.
Team Daiwa X 100 HSD summary: If you don't own one of these reels you need to go out and pick one up. You will be amazed with the quality, weight, and construction of this reel. It is the best reel in my opinion on the market right now. With a low price of 199.99 and seven ball bearings, it is well worth every penny you spend on it. It will soon become the reel that you will always use and when you try it out for the first time you will be thinking why didn't I get one of these before.
