Purchase: Fishing Rods WAL-MART $28 for rod and reel combo
Things I like about the Shakespear UglyStick Fishing Rods: This rod is light, versatile, and virtually indestuctible. The light colored tip of the rod makes it easy to see against any backdrop and in the evening and night. This rod has handled landing fish in the 20-25 lb. range.
What I don't like about the Shakespear UglyStick: It would be nice to have a longer Ugly Stick for river "Plunkin'"
Fishing Rods UglyStick quality: It is light, easy to cast, and strong.
UglyStick summary: If and when my Ugly Stick ever breaks or wears out (which I doubt) I will not hesitate to invest in another.
