Purchase: Fishing Misc Equip I bought this rod tip repair kit from Wal-Mart for $2.94 I bought this kit to replace the broken tip on my sons fishing pole that I probably broke by closing it in the car door!
Things I like about the Laker Rod Tip Repair Kit Fishing Misc Equip: This rod tip repair kit included everything you needed to fix your rod tip. It included three sizes of tips (6/64 7/64 8/64) plus the rod cement and detailed instructions. It was next to some more expensive tip repair kits but after reviewing them I choose the cheapest kit and it worked great. You simply use a lighter to warm your old broken tip and then pull it off of the rod with pliers. Warm some of the rod cement with the lighter and apply it to the rod tip and slide your new tip on and allow to dry...SIMPLE and it worked!
What I don't like about the Laker Rod Tip Repair Kit: I like it...it worked and saved me money!
Fishing Misc Equip Rod Tip Repair Kit quality: The construction of the new tips are fine. This will save you some money instead of buying a new pole!!
