Purchase: Fishing Line This fishing line was bought for just under $20.00 Cdn at a Canadian Tire hardware store in Kindersley Saskatchewan. I had been using 8 lb. test line before this and we were to go sturgeon fishing on the South Saskatchewan River.
Things I like about the SPIDERWIRE FISHING LINE SPIDERWIRE FUSION 40 LB. TEST Fishing Line: This is a very smooth flowing line. We were fishing in dirty water yet the line handled superbly without any problems. The largest sturgeon that I caught on this trip was six feet one inch and weighed in just over 100 lbs. I was very impressed to bring in a fish this big on only 40 lb. line and even against the current.
What I don't like about the SPIDERWIRE FISHING LINE SPIDERWIRE FUSION 40 LB. TEST: In all reality this line handled above and beyond what it should have. I snagged bottom debris, caught large fish and fished in extreme conditions, yet this line handled great.
Fishing Line SPIDERWIRE FUSION 40 LB. TEST quality: This is a heavier fishing line. The quality of the line is very high. The line never knotted up on the reel even with dirt and other goodies on it. The line handled great even on the larger fish.
SPIDERWIRE FUSION 40 LB. TEST summary: Superb line that will give you optimum use. I highly recommend this line if you have any serious fishing to do. It will handle way above what they say about it.
