Purchase: After hearing good things from a few hunting friends, I purchased these at a local bow shop for $29.95.
Things I like about the G5 Outdoors Montec 100 grain : One piece, cut on contact, resharpenable design, excellent flight even at 287 fps, awesome blood trails and pass-through penetration.
What I don't like about the G5 Outdoors Montec 100 grain : A little pricey but worth every penny.
Montec 100 grain quality: One piece, cast design, top quality construction, excellent design. Need to be sharpened before hunting, blades are sharpened at a different angle, just lay the broadhead on the stone and push. Finish with 1500 grit sandpaper and you're ready to go.
Montec 100 grain summary: The Montec 100gr is an awesome fixed blade broadhead that cuts like butter. Took two deer last year with them, pass through shots, 1 30 yard 1 50 yard blood trail, like someone was carrying a leaking can of red paint. Best blood trail I've ever seen.
