Purchase: Fishing Reels i purchased this and also two other reels from a bass pro shops store
Things I like about the zebco 33 Fishing Reels: it is simple to cast, casts far, and has a easy to use drag system. it can be used as a flippin' reel for bass with the pressure sensitive rubber covered thumb button, it can be used with heavy line for cat fishin', and it can be used easily for crappie and gills with the interchangable spool. with a smaller tag and almost exact performance this reel is a great buy compared to its dad the omega.
What I don't like about the zebco 33: it has quite a low profile and may not fit older rods with drop down reel seats.
Fishing Reels 33 quality: excellent
33 summary: i love this reel, my son has the Zebco 33 and i have the omega. i used to use open face reels but find myself using this reel as my main set up more and more.
