BSA Model: Catseye Scope 1.5x4.5 IR and standard
Review Category: Rifle Scopes
Purchase: Rifle Scopes I just wanted to disagree with a review I read about the BSA Catseye scopes in 1.5-4.5x, model FM1545x32. I have 3 of them one of which is an IR scope. all perform exceptionally well for me. I purchased them on the internet from various suppliers. paid from $49-59 for the 3.
Things I like about the BSA Catseye Scope 1.5x4.5 IR and standard Rifle Scopes: Optics are better than the Weaver and Redfield scopes they replaced. I actually liked them better in the store than a Leupold as far as clarity/sharpness of image, and at a considerable price savings. I have also purchased two BSA Catseye in 3-10x and one in 6-24x-50mm. As you can see, I'm quite pleased with the product.
What I don't like about the BSA Catseye Scope 1.5x4.5 IR and standard:
Rifle Scopes Catseye Scope 1.5x4.5 IR and standard quality: excellent as far as I can tell. no problems with sighting in or maintaining zero.
Catseye Scope 1.5x4.5 IR and standard summary: best scope for the money. I like them better than some much higher priced scopes. Clarity on all my models are excellent. Ability to hold zero is excellent.
