Summit Viper Tree Stands

Tree Stands Manufacturer: Summit
Summit Model: Viper
Review Category: Tree Stands

Purchase: Tree Stands My friends dad started up a pro shop for a little part time money, and since I was his first customer when I bought a Browning Swampfox off of him and let him set it up I got this stand for only $150 dollars...

Things I like about the Summit Viper Tree Stands: I love the ease of climbing, no matter whether I was 20 or 40 foot up I knew it was securly locked. I also like the weight and the room it gave me to sit..The seat cushion is very comfortable.

What I don't like about the Summit Viper : It took me a couple tries to be able to hook it up without making a sound, and when leaving the woods, I found that with little light it wasnt as easy to put back in the carry mode as I thought it was. Could use a little more work on the carrying straps it comes with also. Not exactly easy to install.

Tree Stands Viper quality: I looked over where it was welded and everything, very nice job, looks like someone took time and built it with their own hands=) which I really liked. The quality is great. Worth alot more than I paid for it.

Viper summary: Overall I would recommend this stand over any others I have used, the ease of use and how easy it was to climb with made it great. Its very comfortable, especially for those long cold days of bowhunting up in Indiana..
