Purchase: Fishing Line I purchased a 600 yard spool of 12 lb. test from Cabela's for approximately $19.00.
Things I like about the Yo-Zuri Hybrid Fishing Line 12 lb. Test Fishing Line: I've used many brands and types of line over the many years that I've spent bass fishing. This line is by far the best I've ever used. It's super strong, has little to no memory, is nearly invisible underwater, has low stretch properties, casts like a dream and the list goes on.
What I don't like about the Yo-Zuri Hybrid Fishing Line 12 lb. Test: The only thing that I could ever complain about is that it's not available in any of the local stores or tackle shops. When it first came on the market it was a bit expensive ($13 for 250 yards), but over the last 2 years the price has dropped significantly.
Fishing Line 12 lb. Test quality: The construction of this particular line is a blend of nylon and fluorocarbon. It also has a flourocarbon coating for more strength and durability. It gives all of the positives that fluorocarbon has to offer without the stiffness, price, etc.
12 lb. Test summary: The Bottom Line: This is the highest quality line that I've ever had the pleasure of using and I'm sure I'll never change.
