Purchase: Archery Equipment I bought this sight from a local dealer at the same time I bought my new bow. I think I paid about $45 for it.
Things I like about the Trophy Ridge Flatliner Sight Archery Equipment: What I absolutely love about this sight is that the pins come into the sight picture from the bottom as opposed to the side like most sights. The model that I bought only has 3 pins, which is fine for me since I only use 20, 30, and 40 yard pins. Also, the sight has levers that lock the pins in place. Once you get the sight close, unlock the pin with the lever and make your fine tuning without needing any tools. Once you have your sight fine tuned, flip the lever and the pin is locked in place. Another thing I like about the sight is the amount of fiber optics that are used. These pins nearly glow in the dark!
What I don't like about the Trophy Ridge Flatliner Sight: Mine kept creeping on me. I'd get it set, shoot half a dozen arrows and then have to reset it. I made a pencil mark on the horizontal bar and could actually see the sight move! I called the factory and they said it is a known issue and sent me a new part. I haven't had a problem since! Otherwise, I love it!
Archery Equipment Flatliner Sight quality: If you bought one and are having problems with it staying sighted in, call them and they will ship you a new part free of charge. Great quality. Sturdy. Well-built. Pins protected well buy the guard.
Flatliner Sight summary: This is the first sight that I have ever owned that had pins that came up from the bottom. After shooting this, I would be hard pressed to go back to pins from the side. Seems like the pins take up less of the sight picture, since they are all in a straight line. A+++++ Trophy Ridge Flatliner!
