Purchase: Tree Stands I bought the Loggy Bayou at "The Outdoorsmen" in Winthrop Harbor, IL. for around $200.00 for bowhunting.
Things I like about the Loggy Bayou Legend Tree Stands: Nice light climber that carries easy.
What I don't like about the Loggy Bayou Legend: Can be a bit noisy and permanent seat is positioned too low.
Tree Stands Legend quality: Strong and light. Seat folds down while climbing and folds up against the tree and straps in tight when in position.
Legend summary: Loggy Bayou was recently bought out by Hunters Research Inc. My father lost his climbing band so I contacted Loggy to acquire a new one. The new company switched over to a cable system and no longer carries the band. I asked the owner, Barry if there was anything she could do to get my dad back in his $200 stand. She said we could buy a new one. I told her I would not buy another Loggy if she couldn't help me with a simple part. She said she did not want my business anyway and hung up. Terrible customer service. Too bad a good company ended up in the wrong hands.
