Purchase: Tree Stands Bought direct online for $279.00. I thought it looked comfortable and easy to use.
Things I like about the Tree Lounge Gun Hunter Special Tree Stands: Very comfortable once you have climed the tree.
What I don't like about the Tree Lounge Gun Hunter Special: Heavy and difficult to lift when climbing. Noisy climbing. Difficult to climb. Hard to assemble. Hard to set up on the tree(need 2 people) Not sturdy for bow hunting, the platform bends/moves/sways. I did not feel very safe.
Tree Stands Gun Hunter Special quality: Very good materials. But just a poor design especially for bowhunters.
Gun Hunter Special summary: Very difficult to get in and out of the woods. Would not reccomend to bowhunters. Would be a great stand to gun hunt out of if and only if you plan to leave it in the same place all season. In that case, ladder stand is the way to go.
