Purchase: Hunting Outerwear Mail order from Cabela's. I wanted warm, tough, waterproof hunting trousers that were not camo. Paid about $75-80.
Things I like about the Cabelas GORE-TEX® Lined Roughneck Canvas Pants Hunting Outerwear: They're tough pants. Decent weight. Fleece lining is comfortable and warm. I figure they'll last a long time.
What I don't like about the Cabelas GORE-TEX® Lined Roughneck Canvas Pants : Yes, they're gore-tex, but since they're more of a canvas pant on the exterior, the pants still get wet. Because of the gore-tex lining, the moisture doesn't hit you, but if the exterior gets wet, the pants get a little cold and heavy.
Hunting Outerwear GORE-TEX® Lined Roughneck Canvas Pants quality: Excellent quality. Construction is durable.
GORE-TEX® Lined Roughneck Canvas Pants summary: I like the pants, but they aren't as "waterproof" as I'd like. Great for tromping through the woods, but get 'em wet, and I had a little trouble.
