Cabela's Mitten Gloves Hunting Outerwear
Hunting Outerwear Manufacturer: Cabela's
Cabela's Model: Mitten Gloves
Review Category: Hunting Outerwear
Purchase: Hunting Outerwear I wasn't sure what to review until I remembered my new mitten gloves I received as a birthday present. This was the first year for me to wear them. Unsure of cost, I'm sure not to much.
Things I like about the Cabela's Mitten Gloves Hunting Outerwear: They stay warmer than regular gloves while still offering the ability to use fingers when needed for such things as shooting, or casting.
What I don't like about the Cabela's Mitten Gloves: They seem to get wet very quickly. I doubt they were treated with anything at all. I wore an old pair of gloves into my stand before putting on additional layers, but they still managed to soak up snow and water like it was going out of style.
Hunting Outerwear Mitten Gloves quality: Well made although I would have liked to see the mitten flap to be a little more secure, as is it's pretty wide open which let's the cold in.
Mitten Gloves summary: They do their job and who knows maybe she bought me a cheap pair, or their cheapest pair. They came close with these, but close doesn't always count. I'll give them a two, maybe next year I will buy myself a nicer set of them
